For Project One, my team and I analyzed the Candy and Sugar Confections industry to uncover key consumer insights and innovation opportunities. Acting as business analysts, we conducted extensive research on consumer demographics, industry trends, and major competitors to identify unmet needs within the market.

The project culminated in a comprehensive graphical report and professional presentation outlining actionable strategies for companies looking to expand or enter the confectionery space. I was tasked to strengthen my ability to translate data driven research into creative business solutions, while collaborating effectively in a team based consulting environment.

Project 2 of the Integrated Business Cluster focuses on analyzing an industry and turning research into a fully developed product concept. For this project, my team and I created Once Upon a Chocolate Bar, a storytelling-themed chocolate bar with collectible wrappers that connect to form a complete illustrated story. The idea blends creativity, consumer engagement, and product differentiation in the confectionery space.

 

Through market research, consumer insights, financial analysis, and a supporting marketing strategy, we built a clear case for the product’s viability and presented our final concept to our Senior Partners.
